The Weight Loss Rules That Can Be Bent

If you want to lose weight, then you do not have to follow every single rule of a nutritionist. Do not worry, even if you are not 100% into the diet, you are definitely going to make some change! Well, you can definitely bend these rules:

  1. Yeah, you know that you should not eat desserts, drink alcohol, or eat junk food. However, quitting on all of these can only enhance the desire. So, if you think you cannot live without these foods, then definitely do not forbid yourself to eat them. Just make sure that you only eat them occasionally.
  2. Do not only eat salads every day. Besides, not every salad is a healthy salad, you know. Just make sure that you do not eat too many calories and it will be just alright.
  3. You do not really have to exercise in order to lose weight, however, you should if you want your body to look awesome.
  4. Do not cut carbs. Only the bad ones. Or simply just limit them. But complex carbs are definitely the ones you should be eating. Carbs are energy and you need energy.
  5. Do not measure everything. Yeah, you should be careful about the amount of calories you eat, however, you should not turn into a crazy person who does not eat anything without checking the number of nutrients on the packaging.
